Do you have a physical store?

Yes! Our address is 26 Dawn Rd, Montague Gardens, Cape Town.

What are your opening hours?

Our store is open Monday to Friday from 8.00am to 5.00pm. We are closed on Saturday and Sunday.

Which payment methods do you accept?

In store we accept cash, Debit, Credit and Cheque cards. Our website uses the Payfast Payment Gateway which allows you to pay via Visa Credit or Cheque card, Visa and Maestro Debit cards, Instant EFT, Masterpass, SnapScan and MoreTyme. Alternatively you can also pay via EFT directly from your bank account and send the proof of payment to

What does 'available on backorder' mean?

Stock is on it’s way to the supplier from the manufacturer. The supplier usually advises a waiting period of +/- 8 weeks.

What does 'out of stock' mean?

Out of stock generally means that there is a new version of the item being manufactured and/or new stock will be arriving with suppliers after a time period stipulated by suppliers, usually exceeding 8 weeks. Occasionally an item will be discontinued by manufacturers or suppliers – please read the following FAQ.

What happens if the item I ordered is out of stock?

We do our best to make sure that stock advertised is available. Updates are made to our website daily and stock of products is monitored closely. Most of our products come from overseas. In instances where products are out of stock, we will advise you if there will be another shipment and the waiting period expected. Despite our best efforts, sometimes we will not be able to supply certain items you have ordered. In these cases, we will be in contact with you as soon as possible to offer you a similar product as a substitution, or store credit or a refund.

Can I order something that is not on your website?

What if I need to modify my order?

Which areas do you deliver to?

We use Courier Guy to deliver our orders across South Africa. They delver to main centers as well as outlying areas. 

Do you deliver internationally?

We do not ship outside of South Africa, however international clients are welcome to arrange their own courier to collect from our store.

What are your courier fees?

Courier fees start from R140.00 and we offer free shipping for orders over R3000. Your fee will be calculated based on the postal code you enter during check out.

What if I need to change my shipping address?

Please email or call us on 021 551 0446 as soon as you can after placing your order.

How long will my order take to be delivered?

Processing of each standard order has a lead time of between 3-10 business days. Should there be any further delays, we will be in contact with you.

Which items are eligible for returns?

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you are welcome to return it. To be eligible for a return, your order must be unused, undamaged, and in it’s original packaging. For any factory faults that may occur, please contact us via email or give us a call to advise us of the issue, we will then lodge a claim with our suppliers and advise you on the way forward.

How long do I have to return my order?

Orders must be returned within 30 days from date of purchase. 

What are the charges involved with returns?

Shipping fees to return orders to us will be payable by you. Please note that certain suppliers also charge a handling fee on returns, should your return incur a handing fee, we will contact you.
